We do not guarantee the availability of any vehicle listed, advertised, or referenced. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. While we make efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information, errors may occur. We are not responsible for typographical or data entry errors.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CIGAR CITY BROKERS, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, RESULTING FROM:
